Introduction

R9A06G037GNP#AA0 is a high-performance 32-bit microprocessor with ARM Cortex-A9 core launched by Renesas Electronics, belonging to the RZ/A1LU product group of the RZ/A1 series. It features a maximum operating frequency of 400MHz with excellent processing performance for complex data and graphic operations. The chip integrates 1MB on-chip SRAM, and is equipped with rich peripheral interfaces (Ethernet, UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, USB 2.0 OTG, etc.), a dedicated LCD controller (LCDC), 12-bit ADC, multi-functional timer units, DMA controller and power management module. It supports a wide operating voltage range and an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, packaged in a 256-pin BGA. It is suitable for embedded application scenarios with requirements for graphic display, high-speed communication and multi-task processing such as industrial human-machine interface, smart industrial equipment, IoT gateways and intelligent control terminals.
