We offer a full range of power communication modules and professional OEM/ODM customization development services, tailored to meet State Grid, China Southern Power Grid and customer-specific requirements. Our module series covers the following core types:
1. Power Line Carrier (PLC) Module
A narrowband power line carrier communication module adopting FSK/PSK/GFSK/GPSK modulation methods. It supports multi-frequency points (178KHz/270KHz/330KHz/420KHz) and zero-crossing communication to avoid high-interference time slots, with low static power consumption (<0.25W for single-phase) and wide operating temperature (-40℃~+70℃), widely used in remote meter reading systems.
2. Narrowband PLC Module
Based on traditional PLC technology, this module features stable narrowband communication, adaptive serial port rate, and compliance with national power grid specifications. It is cost-effective and suitable for indoor handheld meter reading and smart lighting control scenarios with basic communication needs.
3. High-Speed Narrowband PLC Module (G3-PLC)
As an advanced high-speed narrowband solution compliant with G3-PLC Alliance standards, it adopts OFDM modulation (supports BPSK/QPSK/16QAM) with a maximum rate of 100Kbps. It has strong anti-interference performance and adaptive grid environment capability, applicable to smart home, industrial automation and intelligent building systems.
4. HPLC Module
A broadband high-speed power line carrier module operating in 700KHz~12MHz band, using OFDM technology. It supports transformer area identification, phase identification, and real-time self-organizing network, with high communication reliability and low power consumption, ideal for smart electricity meter automatic meter reading systems.
5. Micro-Power Wireless Module
Working in the 470MHz—510MHz wireless metering band, it supports GFSK/LoRa modulation with transmission power <17dBm and reception sensitivity as low as -135dBm. It provides stable wireless communication complement for power line carrier channels, suitable for complex indoor and outdoor communication environments.
6. Concentrator Uplink 4G Module
A dedicated uplink communication module for concentrators, supporting 4G network access to realize long-distance data transmission. It features high connection stability, fast data upload speed, and wide coverage, ensuring reliable data transmission between concentrators and the main control center of the smart grid.
7. Dual-Mode Module
Integrates power line carrier (178KHz-421KHz) and micro-power wireless (470MHz-510MHz) technologies, with complementary dual channels and automatic route optimization. It achieves more reliable communication in complex grid environments, widely applied in remote automatic meter reading systems.
